Whether the performance of an LED UV curing machine is stable is an important criterion for evaluating the machine. The factory deceives customers with low prices. To reduce the procurement cost of LED lamp beads, the factory prioritizes the cheapest options and fails to select them in accordance with design requirements. This leads to the actual power consumption of LEDs deviating from the designed value, resulting in increasing failure rates after the customer uses the machine for a period of time.

The factory uses low-cost and shoddy materials. To cut the cost of the control power supply, the selected driving power supply has low constant current precision and poor stability, and cannot adapt to the frequency conversion of various lamp beads.
The factory’s quality inspection is inadequate. Under cost pressure, corners are cut in the production process, and necessary product quality inspection procedures are omitted. Unqualified products are not eliminated in the factory but flow into the market.
Insufficient experience in heat dissipation design. The heat dissipation design of the ultraviolet LED lamp beads selected for the LED UV curing machine is insufficient. Deviations in the assembly process and incoming materials cause the lamp beads to overheat, the forward voltage drop to get out of control, and the actual power to deviate from the lower limit.
Inadequate power supply control capability. The driving power supply of the LED UV curing machine has poor thermal stability and large temperature differences, which directly leads to a wide range of power deviations. In slightly harsh operating environments, circuit failures are prone to occur.
