In the screen printing industry, when using UV ink to print mobile phone cases, the power selection of LED UV curing lamps is usually affected by factors such as curing area, coating thickness, and production speed. Here is some reference information:
Curing area: If it is mass production and the area of mobile phone cases to be cured is large, medium to high wattage (several hundred watts to two kilowatts) LED UV curing lamps can be selected; if it is small batch or sample production and the curing area is small, low-wattage LED UV curing lamps within several hundred watts can meet the requirements.

Coating thickness: When the UV ink coating on the mobile phone case is relatively thin, generally a medium-power LED UV curing lamp of one or two kilowatts can cure quickly; if the coating is thick, in order to ensure that the ink is completely cured, a high-wattage LED UV curing lamp of more than two kilowatts may be required.

Production speed: High-speed production lines need high-power LED UV curing lamps to ensure production efficiency and cure UV ink in a short time. For example, curing lamps of one or two kilowatts or higher wattage can be selected; in small batch and low-speed production scenarios, curing lamps of several hundred watts to about one kilowatt can meet the requirements.

In actual production, it is recommended to conduct a small-scale test first to determine the optimal power suitable for specific production conditions. Generally speaking, LED UV curing lamps with a power range of 200W to 600W can meet the curing needs of most mobile phone case UV ink printing. However, if higher production efficiency is pursued or there are special ink and process requirements, higher-power curing lamps can also be considered.
