In the screen printing industry, when printing gift boxes with UV ink, the LED UV curing lamp used has a temperature during operation. Compared with traditional mercury lamps, LED UV curing lamps have significant advantages in this regard. They generate much less heat during operation. However, a reduction in heat does not mean there is no temperature. In fact, the lamp body temperature of LED UV curing lamps can generally be controlled below 100°C. The lamp surface temperature is usually stable at around 60°C. Moreover, it has a relatively small impact on the working surface. The working surface temperature usually only rises by a few degrees, mostly around 5°C. For the printing and production of gift boxes, this can not only ensure effective curing of the ink but also avoid adverse effects on the gift box material due to excessive temperature.
