Curing principle
UV ink contains a photoinitiator. When ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength emitted by an LED UV lamp irradiate the ink, the photoinitiator absorbs ultraviolet energy and transitions from the ground state to the excited state.The excited photoinitiator is unstable and will undergo a cleavage reaction to generate free radicals or cations.These free radicals or cations will initiate the prepolymer and monomer molecules in the ink to undergo a polymerization reaction, rapidly transforming the molecules in the ink from a low molecular weight monomer or prepolymer state to a high molecular weight polymer state, thereby achieving the curing and drying of the ink.

Application
Fast curing speed: The LED UV lamp can cure UV ink in a short time, generally only taking a few seconds or even shorter. Compared with traditional thermal curing methods, it greatly improves the printing production efficiency of mobile phone cases and can meet the needs of large-scale industrial production.

Good curing effect: The ultraviolet wavelength emitted by LED UV lamps is relatively concentrated, which can more effectively stimulate the photoinitiator in UV inks, making the ink curing more complete.
