In LED UV curing operations, many people tend to believe that the main factors affecting the LED UV curing effect are waveband, light intensity, and irradiation time. During the LED UV curing process, we should pay attention to adjusting the curing temperature and irradiation distance to achieve a better curing effect:

1.A proper distance should be maintained between the materials to be cured and the LED UV curing machine. Generally, a distance of about 10 cm is appropriate, but the actual distance also needs to be determined based on specific factors such as material properties and construction requirements.

    2.The curing speed of the LED UV curing machine should be adjusted appropriately according to the substrate, coating, and curing distance. If the curing speed is too fast, the UV coating on the supporting substrate will remain sticky or not fully dried.

    3.The ambient temperature during production should not exceed 60℃. Otherwise, the heat dissipation function of the LED UV curing lamp will be affected, resulting in an unsatisfactory curing effect, and the service life of the equipment will also be impacted.

    In addition, the following points should be noted when using the LED UV curing machine:

    1.When starting the LED UV curing machine, it is crucial to connect the power cord to the correct power supply.

    2.If the device is powered on for a long time but not in operation, it will automatically cut off the power supply.

    3.When using the LED UV curing machine for irradiation, unless a drawer-type curing chamber is used, it is necessary to wear professional UV protective glasses when facing the exposed light source.
