Preparation work: Find an LED-UV curing lamp and note down its parameters such as wavelength and power. Prepare a screen printing machine and small testing tools like a hardness tester and a cross-cut tester. Select UV ink that is compatible with the material of plastic water cups. Prepare some clean plastic water cups and wipe them clean with alcohol swabs.

Testing operation: Print ink on the cups using the screen printing machine and create several styles with different thicknesses and layers. Place the cups under the curing lamp and cure them with different combinations of distance, time, and power. For example, set the distance to 10 cm or 15 cm and the time to 5 seconds or 10 seconds. Immediately after curing, check if the ink surface is sticky or has bubbles. Then use tools to measure hardness, adhesion, glossiness, and wear resistance. Measure several times at different positions on the cup and take the average.

Result analysis: Compare the test results under different parameters to see how distance, time, and power affect the curing effect and find the parameter combination that can achieve the best ink curing.
