How to operate the LED UV curing lamp? What should be noted for maintenance? These are related to the service life of the LED UV curing equipment and the normal completion of product processes.

According to the user manual, using the LED UV curing machine is very simple. Here we describe the daily maintenance operations. For problems that cannot be solved by yourself, manufacturers usually provide formal repairs. If there are no other reasons, you can refer to the following maintenance guidelines to use this method.

1.In cold seasons, antifreeze must be added to the water tank to prevent water from freezing and affecting use.

2.Before connecting the 220V power cord, check whether the power cord of the LEDUV curing lamp and the cooling circulating water pipe are connected properly.

3.Turn on the main power switch, confirm that the pump is running, and press the UV switch to start the cooling system.

4.Adjust the power of the LED UV curing lamp (turning clockwise increases the power, while turning counterclockwise decreases it).

5.Clean the air filter every two weeks.

6.Replace the water in the water tank every month. The newly added water should reach the standard line, neither too much nor too little. Check if the water pipe is blocked by foreign objects and clean it in time.
