Solving Poor Adhesion
The key lies in substrate pretreatment and formulation adjustment:Treat the substrate surface with plasma or corona discharge to remove oil and impurities with lint-free cloth, improving surface tension.Select UV curable inks with strong substrate compatibility, optimize photoinitiator-to-UV energy ratios, and add adhesion promoters if necessary.Apply short-term post-curing after primary curing to further strengthen bonding.
