In the field of LED UV applications, the ultraviolet light of 365nm waveband is pure UV output, and the light source has no infrared rays, which effectively avoids the radiation impact of ultraviolet wavebands outside the range of 350nm~400nm. The UV curing machine with a 365nm waveband can effectively control the temperature rise of the irradiated product to no more than 10℃ due to the absence of infrared thermal radiation. Application Scopes of LED UV Light Sources with Different Wavebands

1.Wooden Furniture: For wooden materials such as furniture and flooring, as well as UV paints, UV coatings, UV epoxy resins, etc., UV curing lamps with a waveband of 395-405nm are normally selected to meet the curing requirements.

2.UV Ink Printing: For general UV ink printing, UV curing lamps with a waveband of 385-395nm are usually chosen, while for UV black ink, only UV curing lamps with a waveband of 395-405nm can meet the actual curing requirements.
